**Job Title:** Production Technician
**Job Type:** Temp-to-Perm
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
**Overtime:** Mandatory
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing operations with a primary focus on machining ceramic parts. Training is provided for all processes. This role works closely with the Team Lead and supports multiple production areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate sanding, grinding, milling, sawing, and measuring equipment
+ Machine ceramic parts to meet customer specifications
+ Handle and load ceramic powder into elastomeric tooling for semi-densified parts
+ Prepare and join metal and ceramic materials using solder
+ Follow all work instructions, safety, and quality standards
+ Support additional projects and production areas as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Willingness to learn multiple production processes
+ Flexible and able to assist in different shop areas
+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Training:
+ Hands-on training provided for all equipment and processes
**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
