Responsibilities for Client Services Representative include but are not limited to:
• Provide on‑site customer service and support
• Operate B&W and color reprographics, bindery, and finishing equipment
• Perform fulfillment tasks such as inserting, folding, binding, shrink‑wrapping
• Communicate issues promptly to supervisors and respond to client requests
• Monitor supplies and help maintain process documentation
Candidates for Client Services Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic technical/computer skills and ability to operate print/bindery equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk/bend for long periods
• Willingness to follow customer site protocols and obtain required clearances

• Pay: $20/hr.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, Business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
