    Job Summary

    This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations within the beauty industry, working on impactful projects, collaborating with top talent, and gaining exposure to senior executives all while leveraging technology to optimize processes.

    Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management & Planning: Manage inventory, forecasting, and order processes to ensure smooth operations.

     

    Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

     

    Special Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives and contribute to the team’s success.

     

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain team members and reporting systems to gain hands-on experience.

    Required Skill

    Have recently earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (0-2 years of experience).

     

    Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

     

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

    Strong communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

     

    Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Customer-service mindset and high emotional intelligence.

    + Location- STREETSBORO OH 44241 (Onsite)

    + Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8AM - 5PM

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
