Adecco is assisting a local client in Foothill Ranch, CA in the search for a skilled Spray Painter to join the manufacturing team in the production of high-quality sunglass frames. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role and possess expertise in various painting techniques and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Apply paint to sunglass frames using handguns, spray pumps, and two-component paints.

+ Ensure the proper preparation of surfaces before painting, including cleaning and masking.

+ Maintain and operate spray painting equipment in compliance with safety standards.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and quality standards.

+ Collaborate with team members to optimize painting processes and achieve production targets.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Receive daily instructions from supervisor regarding painting requirements per production schedule.

+ Load eyewear parts onto racks and cleaning equipment.

+ Prepares and paints frames for several types of eyewear.

+ Prepares and applies coats of paint to frames, stems, and center pieces.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 6 months experience in spray painting within a manufacturing setting.

+ Proficient in the use of handguns, spray pumps, and two-component paints.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a painting environment.

+ Visual acuity with the ability to work with small parts, differentiate similar colors, and adjust focus.

+ Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

**Pay Details:** $23.50 to $24.50 per hour
