You will combine strong instructional design fundamentals with forward‑thinking innovation to create scalable, personalized, and contextual learning across multiple audiences.
Your Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery
+ Lead training projects from start to finish- including needs assessments, curriculum design, development, delivery, and measurement.
+ Conduct training assessments through workshops, interviews, and surveys; synthesize findings to build curriculum maps, delivery plans, and timelines.
+ Develop and deliver end‑user training using multiple modalities (virtual, classroom, eLearning, microlearning).
+ Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Sprinklr products and related industry solutions.
+ Deliver web‑based and in‑person classroom training for customers, partners, and internal teams.
AI‑Driven Enablement & Agentic Learning Frameworks
+ Design and implement agentic learning frameworks that use AI to provide contextualized, adaptive, and personalized learning experiences.
+ Leverage AI tools to modernize content creation, automate knowledge updates, and drive continuous improvement of training materials.
+ Integrate microlearning directly into workflow environments to reinforce knowledge at the moment of need.
+ Introduce advanced skills‑assessment models, including Socratic or AI‑driven evaluation methods, to measure competency and retention.
Innovation & Learning Experience Modernization
+ Develop new approaches to learner engagement, including gamification strategies and dynamic learning pathways.
+ Apply emerging adult learning methodologies and stay ahead of evolving technologies to disrupt traditional enablement models.
+ Explore ways to scale learning through conversational AI, content architecture, and knowledge‑graph‑based delivery.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
+ Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring training programs align with business goals.
+ Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to support GTM objectives.
+ Represent the learning organization as a thought partner on modernization, AI adoption, and the future of enablement.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
Required
+ 3+ years of proven experience creating and delivering corporate training (instructor‑led, eLearning, hybrid), ideally in a SaaS environment.
+ Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodology, and learning experience design.
+ Proven experience applying AI within learning programs (LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, adaptive learning platforms, prompt engineering).
+ Ability to discuss SaaS solutions, CXM concepts, and enterprise technology implementations with customers.
+ Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess training needs, craft learning plans, and measure results.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
+ Autonomous, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Nice to Have
+ Experience with Sprinklr (instructional design, facilitation, or product training).
+ Familiarity with gamification techniques, behavioral learning models, or HCI/LXD methodologies.
+ Knowledge of conversational AI, Socratic learning models, or knowledge‑graph‑powered content delivery.
+ Experience with microlearning platforms, workflow learning integrations, or large‑scale localization.
+ Understanding of ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
+ Hands‑on experience with authoring tools, screen‑capture software, and assessment platforms.
You Know You're Successful If:
+ You create innovative, measurably effective learning experiences using both traditional and AI‑enhanced methods.
+ You can operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments, adapting quickly to new technologies.
+ You influence stakeholders and work cross‑functionally to deliver impactful enablement outcomes.
+ You maintain multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and delivery expectations.
+ You become a trusted advisor internally and externally on modern learning and AI‑driven enablement practices.
