    As a **Land Rover Technician** , you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with **Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) factory standards** and dealership time guidelines.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    + **3+ years of dealership or automotive technician experience required**

    + Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury brand experience preferred but not required

    + Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical repair skills

    + Proficient use of shop tools and diagnostic equipment

    + ASE certifications a plus

    + Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, flat-rate production environment

    + Valid driver's license with a good driving record

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    + Diagnose and repair Land Rover vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brake, and drivetrain systems

    + Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs

    + Accurately troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns

    + Complete repairs correctly the first time while meeting factory and dealership standards

    + Conduct road tests and quality checks as needed

    + Communicate technical findings clearly with Service Advisors

    + Maintain accurate repair documentation and work orders

    + Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

    + Follow all OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations

    Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage
