Warehouse Inventory Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with a high sense of ownership and urgency to join our team. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships, ensuring seamless operation within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders using RF Guns for inventory control.

+ Work closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure synchronization between SAP and actual inventories, and to ensure material flows properly.

+ Perform cycle counting and put material to stock.

+ Ensure material is correctly allocated for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOG’s.

Essential Skills

+ Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP, ERP, Oracle, and data entry.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Previous warehouse experience.

+ Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
