    We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee lighting projects from our office. This role involves managing client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, and scheduling and dispatching technicians.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee product delivery to clients.

    + Ensure site safety and procedures are followed by the team and conduct training as needed.

    + Develop and implement project schedules.

    + Review Purchase Orders and Sales logs daily to update schedules for crews.

    + Manage material orders and delivery schedules.

    + Communicate with General Contractors to update on delivery and work times.

    + Conduct daily debriefs of work performed and prepare reports.

    + Validate and award subcontractors to perform work.

    + Perform Quality Control on project completion.

    + Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.

    + Assist with inventory monitoring with the Warehouse Manager.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ideally some schooling in construction management or a related field.

    + Ability to read and interpret site drawings and blueprints.

    + 5+ years of installation experience.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a professional office environment with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. The position includes opportunities for remote work at discretion and company outings. You will spend 80% of your time in the office managing crews and projects from there.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Linthicum Heights, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/hr.
