    Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description

     

    Join an established company, founded in 1996, that specializes in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of modular process systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries.     Responsibilities

    + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and occasionally on carbon steel.

    + Execute fitting and welding duties, including pipe, tube, and frame welds.

    + Handle custom work across various sizes from 3/4 inch to 18g.

    + Work from blueprints and utilize hand and power tools effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in TIG welding and fabricating with at least 5 years of experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience in stainless steel welding, grinding, assembly, fitting, and fabrication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A minimum of 1 year experience in grinding and polishing welds.

    + Welding tech degree.

    Work Environment

    Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential for up to 5 hours of overtime. Our facility is a very clean, organized, and custom shop with a team of 70 employees, including 35 dedicated to this area.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Atkinson, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
