    We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to work full-time at PAX RIVER, focusing on federal construction renovations throughout the NRL base in Washington, DC. This role involves overseeing projects from a Quality Control Manager compliance perspective, ensuring that standards are consistently met.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee quality control processes for federal construction projects.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including USACE and EM385.

    + Coordinate with project teams to maintain quality assurance throughout project duration.

    + Implement and monitor quality control plans and procedures.

    + Collaborate with federal agencies to ensure project requirements are met.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

    + At least 2+ years of federal project experience, managing projects ranging from $200K-$2 million.

    + Active CQM certification.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with NAVFAC and Navy projects.

    + Familiarity with interior construction and fit-out projects.

    Work Environment

    The role is based at the NRL in Washington, DC, requiring on-site presence 5 days a week. This position offers the opportunity to work on various government contracts with the potential for long-term employment. The project will be conducted in a professional setting, adhering to federal standards and safety regulations.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, DC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $46.00/hr.
