    Job Description

    Opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to elevate the maturity, discipline, and strategic direction of the Process Engineering function.

     

    Key Responsibilities Include

     

    - Lead and mentor other Process Engineering team members; strengthen engineering discipline and problem‑solving capability

     

    - Support daily manufacturing operations, troubleshoot issues, and guide documentation updates

     

    - Drive strategic, high‑impact process improvements focused on cost, quality, yield, and throughput

     

    - Manage and justify capital projects, including spend decisions, business cases, and execution

     

    - Lead root cause investigations and implement long‑term corrective actions

     

    - Develop process maps, control plans, FMEAs, and standardized work tools

     

    - Execute and oversee cross-functional projects, balancing line support with project work

     

    - Evaluate equipment, technologies, and processes to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency

     

    - Support new product manufacturability and process scale‑up

     

    - Create clear technical reports, data analyses, and project updates

     

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, Polymer)

     

    - 10+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role

     

    - Previous leadership or supervision experience, whether from direct reports, or a project team that was led

     

    - Experience with projecting capital equipment needs and developing strategic timelines

    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on data

    - Must meet requirements for U.S. export control regulations

    Work Environment

    This role will split its time between the manufacturing floor (70%) and the office (30%). There will be heavy interaction with between departments (R&D, Operations, Engineering), and lots of interaction with technicians on the floor. This person will be the "go-to" for an area of the manufacturing floor, and also tasked with specific projects that they can own and take through to completion.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
