The Opportunity
As a key member of our Quality team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our products and materials meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. In this hands-on position, you will conduct laboratory and quality control testing, analyze results, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do
+ Conduct quality control testing on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products.
+ Analyze test results, identify deviations, and escalate findings as appropriate.
+ Ensure adherence to GMP, internal quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
+ Accurately document test procedures, observations, and results in accordance with quality protocols.
+ Assist with troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Who You Are
+ 0–5 years of relevant experience in quality, laboratory, or technical environments.
+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and professionally.
+ Working knowledge of industry best practices, quality systems, or regulatory guidelines.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
+ Experience with laboratory testing and instrumentation.
+ Familiarity with GMP, GLP, or related quality frameworks.
+ Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
+ Secondary technical skills or certifications that support quality or laboratory operations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
