    Responsibilities

    + Schedule appointments for doctors and patients on various platforms concurrently.

    + Assist in scheduling calls.

    + Provide exceptional customer care and personalized experiences for patients.

    + Facilitate patient arrangements for smooth processes.

    + Perform typical medical assistant duties such as phlebotomy and rooming patients.

    + Answer phones and handle office tasks efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in medical assisting, including phlebotomy.

    + Medical Assistant Certificate required

    + At least 6 months of experience in a medical office.

    + Experience working with multiple providers.

     

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
