Job Title: Commercial Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking skilled carpenters with expertise in ceilings and grid work for openings in the Buffalo, NY area. Candidates with experience in framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry are encouraged to apply. This is a year-round, long-term opportunity with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

+ Perform commercial carpentry work, focusing on ceilings and grid systems.

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

+ Utilize hand and power tools proficiently.

+ Engage in framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry tasks based on skill set.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of commercial carpentry experience.

+ Proficiency in hanging and finishing drywall.

+ Ability to measure accurately and use hand and power tools.

+ Experience working on commercial job sites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ OSHA 10 certification is a bonus, and candidates must be willing to obtain it.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clarence, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $21.00/hr.
