Job Title: Assembler

**Pay:** $17.00/hr

**Location:** Louisville, KY (40299)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in mechanical or production assembly and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling custom filters and related components with a high level of precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing line

+ Conduct visual and hands-on quality checks to ensure product accuracy

+ Build, assemble, and prepare boxes for packaging

+ Use small hand tools and power tools to scrape, trim, and assemble components

+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

Essential Skills

+ Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks

+ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical assembly

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to complete quality inspections

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

+ Ability to read and use measuring tapes accurately

Additional Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing experience required

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

+ Ability to stand for entire shift and lift materials as needed

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
