    Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

     

    This is an Industrial Maintenance Position for a Chemical Cleaning Manufacturer. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues inside the plant. You will work on motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLCs, and collaborate with two other team members on industrial maintenance responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    + Handle plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues within the plant.

    + Work on motorized conveyors, 3-phase motors, and PLCs.

    + Collaborate with two other team members on industrial maintenance tasks.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and repair duties as needed.

    + Conduct troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical issues.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with pneumatics and preventive maintenance.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Proficiency in welding and industrial maintenance.

    + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience with 3-phase motors and maintenance repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs.

    + Proficiency with AC/DC motors and MIG & TIG welding.

    Work Environment

    The schedule is a 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Work in a clean environment with a slight bleach smell due to the production of bleach-based chemical products.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, TN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
