    Job Title: Material Handler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you will primarily engage in general labor tasks, focusing on processing container waste in a large solvent treatment, storage, and recycling facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with the receiving of waste materials.

    + Decontaminate empty drums and containers.

    + Create manifest forms for tracking materials.

    + Engage in manual labor, including cleaning and decontamination tasks.

    + Load and unload containers such as totes, drums, tankers, and trailers.

    + Decontaminate and dispose of empty drums and containers according to RCRA and disposal guidelines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in material handling and general labor.

    + Ability to perform tasks such as picking, sorting, and scanning.

    + Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.

    + Familiarity with safety protocols and use of RF scanners.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production plant, transloading, oil and gas, or airport tarmac.

    + Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with Gmail and Teams.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a 24/7 outdoor warehouse facility. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and will begin on the day shift for a 3-6 month training period. The regular shift is the third shift from 6 pm to 4 am, with a $2 shift differential, although this does not apply during the training period.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Commerce City, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
