    Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description

     

    In this role, you will be responsible for reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and assembling IPG or pacemakers, catheters, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds within a clean room. This work includes tasks under a microscope, completing other sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting processes, visual inspection, trimming parts, soldering pacemaker enclosures and wires, and final packaging of products. This position is situated in a new product development area.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.

    + Assemble IPG or pacemakers, catheters, sub-assemblies, and full catheter builds.

    + Conduct tasks under a microscope in a clean room environment.

    + Use small hand tools for assembly and inspection.

    + Document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.

    + Perform visual inspections and trim parts as needed.

    + Solder pacemaker enclosures and wires.

    + Package final products for distribution.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.

    + 1+ year of experience with soldering or welding.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.

    + Hand dexterity to work with very small pieces, both under a microscope and without.

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with guidewire and catheter assembly.

    + Familiarity with clean room protocols and procedures.

    Work Environment

    Our clean, state-of-the-art facility offers a great working environment. The role is primarily based in a clean room setting, with most tasks performed under a microscope. The working hours are from Monday to Thursday, 5am to 3:30pm, offering a consistent schedule for work-life balance.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
