Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician with a focus on 80% Mechanical and 20% Electrical work to join our team. This position operates on the 1st shift from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, located in Salem, OH.

Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and determine appropriate actions for the repair of facility equipment across 8 buildings.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

+ Inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical equipment used in the fabrication process.

+ Disassemble and reassemble equipment as required for repair.

+ Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual equipment inspections and repairs.

+ Perform mechanic duties, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks.

+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs.

+ Repair and lubricate machines and equipment, primarily CNC, welding, and mobile equipment such as cranes and forklifts.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

+ Strong mechanical maintenance skills.

+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

+ Experience performing preventive maintenance and machine maintenance in an industrial environment.

+ Facilities maintenance experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Electrical maintenance experience is a plus.

+ CNC repair experience is beneficial.

+ Welding skills are advantageous.

Work alongside the maintenance manager, who handles most high-level electrical installs and repairs. Enjoy a 1st shift schedule from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
