    Job Title: Clean Room Operator** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking meticulous assemblers who can work with small, precise parts, often requiring the use of tweezers. The role involves operating machinery by placing parts into jigs, aligning them using a computer, and initiating the process with a button press. Additionally, candidates will conduct quality checks using a microscope or magnifying glass. There is potential for training to work in the clean room or to operate a laser etching machine.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble small, precise parts using tweezers.

    + Operate machinery by aligning parts in a jig, using a computer, and starting the machine.

    + Conduct quality checks using a microscope or magnifying glass.

    + Potential to be trained to work in the clean room.

    + Potential to be trained to run a laser etching machine.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong sense of quality assurance and control.

    + Experience working with microscopes, micrometers, or calipers.

    + Experience in small parts assembly.

    + Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills.

    + Familiarity with medical ERP systems, such as Epicor.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of hands-on assembly or quality inspection experience.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Good communication skills.

    + Positive attitude and strong problem-resolution skills.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is casual, allowing jeans and a polo or nice t-shirt. Safety goggles are provided due to the use of lasers. While steel toe boots are not required, working in the clean room necessitates wearing a protective suit each day.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kettering, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $20.40/hr.
