•** **Flex Circuit Etch Technician – $19.60/hr | IMMEDIATE HIRING!

Join our 2nd‑shift manufacturing team and help create high‑precision components used in **medical, aerospace, and electronics** products. If you enjoy technical, hands‑on work and love being part of a fast‑moving production environment, this role is for you.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ Operate manual & conveyor **wet chemical etching** equipment

+ Follow traveler notes and special processing instructions

+ Measure panels using micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools

+ Document measurements and process data

+ Run panels through wet chemical tanks with accurate alignment

+ Cross‑train to support plating operations

+ Keep your area clean, safe, and organized

+ Perform basic preventive maintenance (belts, pumps, filters, etc.)

+ Meet daily production goals with minimal supervision

+ Communicate equipment/material issues to leadership

•** **What You Bring

+ High School Diploma/GED

+ 1+ year experience in etching, plating, or manufacturing (preferred)

+ Good mechanical aptitude & hand‑tool skills

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to multitask & document clearly

+ Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to safety

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $19.60/hr.
