    Job Title: Facilities Supervisor** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to lead and manage a team in maintaining and improving our facilities. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting various projects and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    + Motivate, train, and direct daily activities of direct reports.

    + Manage time, attendance, and ensure adequate scheduling of the team.

    + Create an environment where employees feel empowered and valued.

    + Complete work order tickets for office facilities support, site maintenance, repairs, construction, and preventative maintenance.

    + Support the implementation of a preventative maintenance database.

    + Prioritize daily workload and project work to meet Facilities Team Service Level Agreements.

    + Collaborate with Health and Safety personnel to execute all safety initiatives and conduct various drills/tests.

    + Act as the point person on shift for Facilities and/or Emergency Response Team.

    + Provide direction to Janitorial and Contractor staff as needed.

    + Support Facilities for special events, as assigned.

    + Complete work in accordance with standard operating procedures and policies.

    + Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

    + Support new construction projects as needed.

    + Perform other related duties as assigned.

    + Cover assigned on-call shifts outside of normal work hours.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and supervision.

    + Experience leading a team of 5 or more technicians.

    + Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in varied building maintenance and repair.

    + Two or more years of supervisory experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least one year of experience in any facility setting.

    + Hardworking attitude and willingness to stay busy.

    Work Environment

    You will be working across five properties, including manufacturing, office space, and warehouse environments. The company is expanding, adding a new building to consolidate space and grow by 200,000 sq ft. There is an emphasis on building a construction-focused team to enhance capabilities.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
