    Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will work across various departments, including Receiving/Unloading, Scanning/Inventory, and Packing/Shipping, ensuring the smooth operation and organization of our warehouse.

    Responsibilities

    + Unload trailers using pallet jacks or carts.

    + Sort incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and cable boxes.

    + Scan barcodes using handheld RF scanners.

    + Ensure accurate logging of product serial numbers.

    + Pack tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and label packages for outbound shipping.

    + Follow work instructions and production targets.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.

    + Comply with safety standards and company policies.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in shipping and receiving, picking, packing, and packaging.

    + Proficiency with RF scanners and computers.

    + Experience with inventory control and warehouse inventory.

    + Familiarity with material handling and cycle counts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic computer or scanner use experience is required.

    + Previous warehouse experience is a must.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.00/hr.
