    **Job Title:** Drywall Finisher / Taper

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher / Taper to join our team, specializing in taping and spackling walls and ceilings. This role involves using taping tools, pumps, and corner tools to achieve a high-quality finish, ensuring a flawless surface for commercial job sites throughout Long Island.

    Responsibilities

    + Tape and spackle walls and ceilings to achieve a smooth finish.

    + Utilize taping tools, pumps, and corner tools.

    + Perform punch list tasks and finish carpentry as needed.

    + Apply an additional skim coat of joint compound for a Level 5 drywall finish.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in taping and spackling techniques.

    + Experience with taping tools and finishing.

    + Knowledge of drywall finishing and carpentry.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 30 card required.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deer Park, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
