    Job Title: Facilities Coordinator** **Job Description

     

    The Facilities Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring comprehensive facility management, smooth operations, and excellent customer service. This position involves managing work orders, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with property management tasks to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage work orders and oversee general face-to-face client interactions.

    + Conduct weekly walkthroughs with the janitorial team.

    + Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning to achieve team goals and objectives.

    + Provide facility-specific support to the project management team as needed.

    + Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.

    + Organize special events in support of the client.

    + Support meetings and conference room reservations.

    + Continuously monitor facility operations and address issues promptly.

    + Act as a point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests.

    + Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests.

    + Direct vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of work with minimal disruption.

    + Plan and manage tasks effectively under time constraints.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facility or Property Administration.

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Strong customer service orientation.

    + Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to customize administrative reports.

    + Familiarity with Corrigo or similar work order management systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Data entry proficiency.

    + Customer service oriented.

    + Experience in facility management.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Experience dealing with vendors.

    + Capability to delegate work orders.

    + Experience in inventory and space management.

    + Strong communication skills.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
