Job Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician to operate, test, maintain, and adjust unmanned, automated, servomechanical, or electromechanical equipment. This includes CNC presses, lasers, shears, breaks, welding equipment, and other manufacturing machinery. You will assist with installation, calibration, and continued preventive maintenance and repairs of production manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal operation during all production hours.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and maintain CNC presses, lasers, shears, and welding equipment.
+ Assist in the installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
+ Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to ensure accurate placement and optimal operation of machines.
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and Ladder Logic systems.
+ Train and share knowledge with peers and coworkers.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
+ Experience with PLCs and Ladder Logic troubleshooting.
+ Skilled in setting up manufacturing and production equipment, including 480v breakers.
+ Mechanical skills for commissioning, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
+ Basic welding experience.
+ Experience with three-phase motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with 24-volt systems.
+ Millwright experience.
+ Experience in getting a manufacturing facility up and running is a bonus.
+ Experience in commissioning equipment and capital expenditure projects.

Work Environment
This position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Climbing portable ladders and using Personal Protection Equipment is required. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential. The facility is air-conditioned, providing a comfortable work environment. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 3:00PM-1:30AM, with a shift differential. Initial training will be on the first shift, Monday to Thursday, 6am-4:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
