Warehouse Worker

Pay: $23-25/Hour

Shift: Day and Swing

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some warehouse experience, a strong ability to pull orders, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of customer service. In addition to warehouse duties, this role involves performing local deliveries to service sites. The position requires operating a forklift and maintaining a clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

+ Pull and prepare orders for delivery while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Perform local deliveries to various service sites.

+ Handle and manage inventory in a warehouse setting, including pulling conduit and cutting wire.

+ Provide excellent customer service throughout all warehouse operations.

+ Operate a forklift safely and maintain a clean motor vehicle record.

+ Collaborate with team members to lift heavy items when necessary, with team lifts for items over 100 lbs.

Essential Skills

+ Previous warehouse experience.

+ Ability to operate a forklift.

+ Clean motor vehicle record.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

+ Capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Motivated and eager to grow within the organization.

+ Sales experience is a plus.

+ Excellent customer service skills.

+ Proven track record of reliability and strong attendance.

Work Environment

Our warehouse is a sales-driven environment where communication is key. We emphasize growth and career advancement, with a typical progression timeline of 1 to 3 years. The work can be physically demanding, requiring tasks such as pulling conduit in cold conditions and assisting in the wire room. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
