Job Title: Piping Foreman** **Job Description
The Piping Foreman leads field crews in the installation and commissioning of high-purity stainless steel and clean utility piping for GMP pharmaceutical facilities, including new builds, expansions, and shutdowns. This role involves planning and executing day-to-day work, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating with general contractors and construction managers, and ensuring all work complies with project specifications and cGMP documentation standards. Success in this position is defined by safe, right-first-time installations, complete turnover packages, and achieving productivity targets without compromising cleanliness.
Responsibilities
+ Lead field crews in the installation and commissioning of high-purity stainless steel and clean utility piping.
+ Plan and execute day-to-day work activities.
+ Enforce safety and quality standards.
+ Coordinate with general contractors, construction managers, and other trades.
+ Ensure work meets project specifications and cGMP documentation standards.
+ Build daily and weekly work plans, assign crews (fitters/welders), and coordinate cranes, lifts, and necessary permitting (LOTO, hot work, confined space).
+ Conduct daily huddles and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
+ Track manpower, quantities, and constraints.
+ Submit daily reports and maintain time and quantity logs.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in industrial piping and fitting.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading.
+ Knowledge of piping and welding techniques.
+ Experience in construction management.
+ HVAC installation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
+ Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
