Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description

The role of a Maintenance Technician requires exceptional troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and pneumatic systems. A capacity to work proficiently with computers and robotics is essential. Prior experience with CMMS Software or robotics is highly valued.

Responsibilities

+ Operate, repair, and perform general maintenance on assigned equipment.

+ Complete all assigned preventive maintenance tasks.

+ Assist, train, and support production needs.

+ Repair machine breakdowns promptly.

+ Possess 480v experience; PLC experience is a plus, although no programming or limited troubleshooting will be involved.

+ Be proficient with basic Microsoft Tools including Excel, Word, and Maintenance Connections Software.

Work Environment

The position is based in a large packaging and distribution facility with approximately 600 employees, expanding to 1000 during peak season from October to December. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so it can become hot during the summer. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 2:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
