    **Aerotek is seeking two experienced Stationary Engineers** to join a leading organization in St. Louis, Missouri. These are **full‑time, permanent** positions offering stability, growth, and hands-on technical work with advanced boiler, HVAC, and building systems.

    •** **What You’ll Do

    You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of plant equipment, systems, and mechanical infrastructure, including:

    Daily Operations

    + Monitor and operate systems for **steam and hot water production**

    + **Perform preventative and corrective maintenance**

    + **Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure operational quality, safety, and efficiency**

    Mechanical & Systems Work

    + Perform **air and water balancing** per specifications

    + Work with pumps: rotor, positive displacement, multi-stage feed, vacuum, centrifugal

    + Maintain **controls, valves, heat exchangers, motors** , and related components

    Building Automation & Utilities

    + Monitor and adjust **Building Automation System (BAS)**

    + **Work with thermostats, air handlers, VAVs** , and system components

    + Use CMMS to track work orders, maintenance tasks, and repairs

    Fabrication & Repair

    + Perform **welding, soldering, brazing, and sweating** as needed

    + Utilize general facility maintenance skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical systems

    •** **What You Need to Bring

    •️ **Class 1 Stationary Engineering License** — City of St. Louis (Required)

    •️ **18+ months of stationary engineering experience**

    •️ Strong experience with commercial HVAC systems

    •️ Skilled in operating and maintaining BAS and CMMS systems

    •️ Broad facility maintenance knowledge (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, mechanics)

    • Welding, pipefitting, and machining experience = Huge Plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $72800.00/yr.
