    Reporting to the Group Director or Manager, Creative and working closely with the Associate Creative Director, Experience Design, the Sr. Designer will lead and support the creative ideation of environmental experience design for various projects at CVS Health. This passionate graphic designer must bring a strong creative aesthetic and brand-driven strategic thinking. This role will design a range of branded applications within our stores and in our extended experiences.

     

    Must demonstrate strategic and creative problem solving with a deep understanding of design to develop compelling concepts that are on brand and meet business objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong design and presentation skills with an eye for detail.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Generate impactful creative ideas to life across a wide scope of graphic applications including retail stores, clinics, corporate events, and workplace.

    + Apply deep experience in design to execute a broad range of deliverables including environmental branding, in-store signage, dynamic digital screen content, event assets and print collaterals.

    + Successfully use design skills and knowledge to develop compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand, and meet business objectives.

    + Present design concepts, serving as subject matter expert in formal meetings with senior leaders and team members for design reviews and approval.

    + Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and be a dependable team player.

    + Collaborate with internal, cross functional and external partner teams to deliver on the brief and ensure execution of ideas as planned.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a graphic designer position at a design firm, agency, and/or corporate environment with examples of how their contributions assisted in the development of breakthrough creative including signage and branding.

    + Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and hand sketching

    + Must have concept to production knowledge for the preparation of files for print implementation.

    + Must have strong understanding and experience in developing concepts for environmental branding and signage.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + The individual must have an interest in retail, interior design, visual merchandising, experiential and the use of AI and digital technologies.

    + Able to create designs that reflect and expand on brand guidelines with knowledge of typography, color, and composition.

    + Ability to demonstrate a passion for strategic and creative problem solving to meet business objectives.

    + Knowledge and understanding of the latest retail concepts and trends.

    + Ability to generate impactful creative ideas and executions that deliver and adhere to brand vision and brand standards while ensuring consistency.

    + Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    + Thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.

    Education

    BA in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $66,330.00 - $145,860.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
