Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis and contribute to the growth of a home health care services client. This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute creative marketing strategies while driving brand awareness and customer acquisition in the Shoreline, Washington area and beyond. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in healthcare marketing, particularly within home health care, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new business and customer acquisition.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, events, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with leadership to craft clear and impactful messaging that highlights our unique value propositions.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results and adapt to market trends.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and business development efforts.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as flyers, social media content, and digital advertisements.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence while fostering relationships with local communities and referral sources.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed reports to leadership.
• Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally with a focus on healthcare or home health care.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management applications.
• Basic design skills with experience in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to create marketing materials.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with startup or small business environments, with the ability to adapt strategies quickly.
