    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable and receivable

    • Reconcile bank statements and invoices

    • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

    • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

    • Support payroll and expense processing

    • Handle data entry and administrative accounting tasks

    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

    • Effective communication and time management abilities

    • High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher in accounting preferred)
