    Chevrolet of Wasilla is seeking a motivated Express Lube Advisor who is passionate about customer service and automotive care. This role is a key part of our service team, ensuring customers receive a best-in-class service experience from start to finish.

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

    + Identify, confirm, and help resolve customer concerns

    + Act as the main point of communication between customers and technicians

    + Ensure technicians clearly understand customer needs

    + Clearly explain needed and recommended services or repairs to customers

    + Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently

    Qualifications:

    + Strong communication skills

    + Effective time management and organizational abilities

    + Ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders

    + Basic computer skills and cost calculation knowledge

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
