Echostar is seeking an experienced **Senior Product Manager** to join our Marketing Technology team. This role is responsible for developing, launching, and driving the adoption of enterprise MarTech capabilities, serving as a subject matter expert in **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)** . You will partner across Digital Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure marketing technologies are optimized and delivering measurable business value in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Strategy & Roadmap:** Own the product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management for marketing automation and MarTech capabilities to maximize business impact.
+ **Stakeholder Alignment:** Act as the primary bridge between Marketing, Ops, and Technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy, operational needs, and platform capabilities.
+ **Platform Expertise:** Serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for Adobe Marketing Cloud, focusing on scaling and optimizing **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)** across all channels.
+ **Execution & Delivery:** Lead the definition of use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working hands-on with engineering to implement and validate technical solutions.
+ **Adoption & Optimization:** Drive technology adoption and modernization of marketing operations by ensuring platforms are actively used, measured, and continuously improved.
+ **Leadership & Influence:** Engage senior leadership to communicate vision and value while coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive results.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
+ **Education & Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field (STEM/Marketing) and **6+ years of experience** in MarTech and marketing operations.
+ **Adobe Ecosystem:** Hands-on production experience with **Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)** , plus working knowledge of Adobe CDP, Target, Launch, and Analytics.
+ **Product Management:** Proven track record in product/technical program management, including platform implementation, roadmap development, and full lifecycle management.
+ **Technical Acumen:** Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystems, data flows, and architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements for engineering teams.
+ **Business Value:** Demonstrated ability to build business cases, define KPIs/success metrics, and articulate realized value to executive leadership.
+ **Leadership Skills:** Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $158,125.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
