• ZAC Machine Operator-Multiple Shift Oportunity

    SFS Group USA, Inc (Wyomissing, PA)


    SFS Group USA Inc is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our ZAC Department in Wyomissing, PA for multiple shifts. This individual must be able to train on first shift prior to transitioning to another shift.

     

    Objectives

     

    + Actively supports and represents the SFS Group USA brand by performing the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and values brand

    Principal duties

    + Setup, operation, and loading of machinery

    + Reading, releasing and confirming work orders

    + Perform daily preventative maintenance checklist before start up

    + Follows applicable work instructions and safety guidelines

    + Utilizing SAP system to match work order to items being manufactured

    + Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems

    + Machine changeover

    + Loading and emptying of components

    + Performs material handling tasks including reading and understanding KanBan replenishment system

    + Cross training between departments as required by business demands

    + Weekly cleaning as required

    + Other duties as assigned.

     

    The Ideal Candidate

     

    + High School Diploma required

    + Five plus years of manufacturing experience ​

    + Ability to lift at least 25lbs on a regular basis ​

    + Ability to become forklift certified

    + Ability to stand for extended periods of time

    + ​
