    We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a high‑volume Client Experience team in Phoenix, AZ 85044. If you communicate with clarity and empathy, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and have strong tenure in contact centers, this role is for you.

     

    • Customer Service Representative | Start Date: February 3, 2026

     

    Phoenix, AZ 85044 — On‑site

     

    Training: 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM (mandatory; attendance agreement required)

     

    Shift: 9 AM–6 PM (moves to 8 AM–5 PM when daylight savings time ends)

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver exceptional service across high‑volume inbound calls (first half of the month), and during the second half, handle similar calls plus ~20% outbound reminders via auto‑dialer to help homeowners stay current (not a traditional collections role).

    • Support a wide range of mortgage‑servicing inquiries: website assistance, escrow questions, processing payoffs, and payment‑related guidance; refer eligible customers to Originations for refinancing opportunities.

    • Follow defined escalation paths, meet performance goals (QA, first call resolution, adherence, CSAT > 90%, wrap time 1–3 mins), and use internal platforms while sharing feedback to improve systems.

    What You Need to Bring

    • 2–3 years of recent contact center experience handling high volumes of inbound & outbound calls

    • Stable tenure (ideally ≥1 year in each recent role); strong professionalism and reliability

    • Customer focus, de‑escalation skills, and adaptability to different personalities

    • Comfortable navigating multiple systems; eagerness to learn proprietary servicing software

    • High school diploma or GED required; bilingual a plus (eligible for higher rate)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
