Position Summary
We are seeking a** **Finance Intern** **to join our ITW Global Brands Division Finance team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will contribute to projects that enhance the effectiveness of financial planning and analysis, strengthen reporting processes and support broader operational initiatives across the business. You will gain exposure to key finance cycles including planning activities and the monthly close and reporting process.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with monthly financial reporting and support key activities in the month-end close process.
Help maintain and organize financial data, reports and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support updates to planning and forecasting processes, including overhead, freight and other operational inputs.
Contribute to improvements in reporting tools, data workflows and efficiency of FP&A processes.
Provide general support to Finance areas such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Participate in ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Expected Learnings
Month-end close and financial reporting
Forecasting and planning
Financial analysis
AR aging, cash flow and working capital
Agent commissions and bonus structures
ERP systems exposure (JDE, Acterys)
Qualifications
Rising Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor degree in Finance and/or Accounting or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and team environment.
Curiosity to learn and drive to excel.
