    About the role

     

    As a **Product Manager – Medicaid Enrollment Platforms** , you will make an impact by supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of Medicaid enrollment products. You will be a valued member of the Product Management organization and work closely with senior product managers, engineering teams, business partners, vendors, and state stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable enrollment solutions.

     

    This role is designed for professionals who bring **deep expertise in Medicaid enrollment** and are eager to grow their skills in **product management** , gaining hands‑on exposure to product strategy, roadmap development, and performance analysis.

    In this role, you will:

    + Partner with senior product managers to define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Medicaid enrollment solutions in alignment with portfolio and business objectives.

    + Conduct state‑specific research and market analysis to inform product enhancements and ensure compliance with evolving Medicaid enrollment regulations.

    + Translate state Medicaid enrollment requirements into clear, actionable product and functional requirements.

    + Support product planning and execution activities, including roadmap management, backlog refinement, and coordination with engineering teams.

    + Manage and support relationships with vendors and state agencies to ensure successful initiative delivery.

    + Assist with leadership initiatives by contributing to projects, presentations, and operational support activities.

    + Prepare business cases, reports, and presentations for cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

    + Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer between product, engineering, and operational teams.

    + Analyze product performance data to identify gaps, optimize enrollment workflows, and recommend enhancements.

    What you need to have to be considered

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

    + Proven expertise in **Medicaid enrollment processes** , including deep familiarity with state‑specific requirements.

    + Strong interest in product management and a demonstrated desire to learn and grow within the field.

    + Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, business, vendors, and regulatory partners.

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support strategic planning.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    These will help you stand out

    + Prior experience supporting healthcare or enrollment‑based product platforms.

    + Exposure to product road mapping, feature planning, or delivery coordination.

    + Familiarity with Medicaid systems, eligibility platforms, or enrollment technology.

    + Basic financial acumen to support business case development and product value assessment.

    + Demonstrated initiative, leadership potential, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applicants will be accepted till 2/16/2026

     

    Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

    The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
