Stark Tech has an immediate opening for an Account Manager to join our Syracuse, NY office. The Account Manager role is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to build an exciting career in the HVAC Equipment industry.
How are you successful in this role?
The Account Manager will be responsible for key accounts that help amplify the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will successfully ensure client satisfaction by building relationships with key decision makers and becoming an essential resource to the client. Have the ability to meet sales and gross margin goals by estimating costs, creating proposals and delivering/presenting plans as needed. Must be solutions oriented, strategic, highly collaborative and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an evolving team.
What we would like to see?
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent related work experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills required.
+ Strong communication skills written and verbal required.
+ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
What we would love to see?
+ Three (3) or more years of Account Management experience.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC fundamentals.
+ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce CRM preferred.
