Superior Aircraft Services is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the overall operations of the airport are met by providing support and communication with Airlines and Supervisors.

Requirements

What you will do:

+ Answer phone calls for wheelchair requests from airlines

+ Input Wheelchair Requests and Dispatching Ticket Counters, Arrivals, and Boarding

+ Communicate the Status of Wheelchair Requests to Airlines

+ Maintain Radio Communication with Supervisors

+ Maintain Deviation of Employees, Assign Lunches and Breaks to agents

+ Maintain Operation Plan and Boarding Log

+ Assist passengers at the arrival and departure

+ Communicate any issues to Supervisors
