Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager – Infrastructure
Job Location- Fully Onsite- Billerica, MA USA
The Technical Delivery Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure services and projects for onshore clients. This role requires strong technical expertise across IT infrastructure domains, exceptional project management capabilities, and proven leadership in managing distributed teams. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted client advisor, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
In this role, you will
1. Infrastructure Delivery & Technical Expertise
Oversee the delivery of core infrastructure services including servers, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, and security solutions.
Provide hands on technical guidance and ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance frameworks, and security standards.
Drive initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and operational optimization to improve efficiency and quality.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with client needs and organizational goals.

2. Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, constraints, and change requests effectively.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, governance adherence, and timely reporting across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and transition to operations.

3. Client Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
Build and maintain long term client relationships by consistently delivering high quality services and understanding evolving business needs.
Translate client requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Manage client expectations, facilitate regular communication, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

4. Reporting & Governance
Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics to clients and internal leadership.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual deliverables across infrastructure services and projects.
Conduct governance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement assessments to maintain service excellence.

5. Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor both onshore and offshore delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee resource planning, workload distribution, performance management, and skills development.
Encourage innovation, process improvements, and best practice adoption across delivery teams.
Act as an escalation point for technical and operational issues, driving timely resolution.

6. Individual Contribution
Demonstrate hands on involvement in high priority technical and delivery activities when required.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in infrastructure technologies, delivery methodologies, and operational processes.
Provide technical oversight, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide teams through critical incidents or transitions
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
+ Strong hands‑on expertise across core infrastructure domains (servers, storage, networking, cloud, virtualization, security).
+ 14+ years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
+ Solid understanding of ITIL processes, operational governance, and incident/problem/change management.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment.
+ Leadership experience managing onshore/offshore teams, including coaching, resourcing, and performance management.
+ Proficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python) and strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
+ Certifications such as ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, and cloud credentials (Azure/AWS/OCI).
+ Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps concepts (CI/CD, containers).
+ Master’s degree or advanced expertise in governance frameworks, security standards, or large‑scale enterprise environments.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 to $137,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
