    Job Description

    Physical location of position: GENEVA, NY

     

    Under the direction and supervision of the scheduling Services Coordinator, and in accordance with the hospital and Scheduling Services Policies and procedures, schedule all procedures for the ancillary departments from incoming calls from the providers/patients, fax scheduling and electronic list (EMR) in a timely, accurate and courteous manner, push Images, burn CD’s and fax reports to the providers in a timely manner, scan orders to the proper account numbers. Assist with training staff in the scheduling process and day to day operations. na
