Position Summary
Provide high-level administrative and operational communications support to the F-35 CAG, including executive-level package QC/gate reviews, regulatory/procedural compliance checks, and high-quality correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare communications materials for external messaging and distribution supporting outreach to media, Congress, DoD, and the public.
• Provide information and communications support to ELT, SLT, JPO Community, and F-35 stakeholders.
• Perform quality control checks and gate reviews of packages requiring Executive Leadership signatures.
• Ensure reports/documents are correct and conform to procedural and regulatory instructions; produce high-quality correspondence.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline.
• Minimum 10 years performing duties described in the functional description.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Military Departments and OSD policy and documentation.
• Experience with DoD reporting tools and major reports.
• Experience performing QC checks and gate reviews of executive signature packages (preferred).
Education/Experience Substitution
Education/Experience Substitution: An Associate's degree plus 5 additional years of related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree; a GED and/or relevant technical certification plus 10 additional years of work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

• Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
• Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required.
