    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected human services organization to hire Direct Care Personnel across Western Massachusetts. If you’re passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and want meaningful, hands-on work, this role offers stability, growth, and purpose.

    Position Details

    + Assignment: 13 weeks to start, strong potential to extend

    + Setting: Group Home

    + Schedule: Full-time & part-time, all shifts available

    + Pay: $20/hour

    What You’ll Do

    + Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home environment

    + Assist with personal care and activities of daily living

    + Build rapport and help residents work toward personal goals

    + Maintain a safe, supportive home environment

    + Implement and document teaching plans and daily progress

    Requirements

    + 18+ years old

    + Reliable transportation

    + HS
