Experienced Behavior Technician – Make a Lasting Impact in Local Schools

Are you a skilled Behavior Technician with a background in ABA or behavioral support? Amergis is hiring dedicated Behavior Technicians to support students across Torrance, Hawthorne, Inglewood, and the greater Los Angeles area—for the remainder of this school year and the upcoming fall term.

What You’ll Gain

+ Competitive Pay: $20–$25+ per hour, based on experience

+ Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

+ Convenient Locations: School-based positions throughout LA County—no clinic commutes

Your Role

+ Provide hands-on behavioral and developmental support to students in classroom settings

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with professionalism and care

+ Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and school staff

+ Foster structured, inclusive environments that empower student success

+ Model and reinforce positive behaviors with empathy and consistency

What We’re Looking For

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ 1–2+ years of experience in ABA, behavioral therapy, or similar roles

+ A calm, confident demeanor and a genuine passion for helping students thrive

+ Must be 18+ and meet all employment eligibility requirements
