    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to work in a school-based setting providing evaluations and therapy services to early childhood students. This role supports students with communication, social interaction, and developmental needs through play-based and integrated therapy approaches, while maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with each student’s plan of care.

    Assignment Details

    + Location: South Holland, IL

    + Start Date: February 2, 2026 (ASAP)

    + End Date: May 29, 2026

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + Break: 30-minute unpaid break

    + Hours: 32.5 hours per week

    + Pay Rate: $75 per hour

    + Modality: In-person

    + Duration: Full school year

    Caseload & Student Population

    + Program: Early Childhood / Pre-K

    + Caseload: Approximately 20 students

    + Student Needs:

    + Autism Spectrum Disorder

    + Intellectual Disabilities

    + Verbal and nonverbal communication

    + Social interaction and sensory regulation

    + Therapy Approach: Play-based learning integrating language, motor, and technology-based therapies

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct student speech and language evaluations

    + Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEPs and physician orders

    + Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services

    + Document services and student progress in compliance with professional standards

    + Collaborate with educational and therapy teams to support student outcomes

    Requirements

    + Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required or preferred per contract

    + Compliance with all professional standards of practice

    + CPR certification if applicable

    + TB screening and current health certificate per state guidelines

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
