    CNA – PM Shift (1:45 PM – 10:15 PM)

     

    Facility: Wisconsin Department of Veteran Affairs

     

    Position Type: Contract

     

    Location Requirement: Must relocate within 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes of the facility

     

    Pay: Local $1400/week, Travel $1699/week

     

    Contract Length: 1 year+ (Long-term contract)

     

    Shift Details

     

    PM Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM

     

    Lunch: 30 minutes

     

    Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks per shift

     

    Hours: 40 hours per week, full time

     

    Weekends: Every other weekend required

     

    Holidays: Every other holiday required

     

    Overtime: No mandated overtime

    Position Description

    The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, LPN/LVN, or other licensed medical professional. Responsibilities include individualized patient care activities and non-professional services that support the personal needs and comfort of patients.

    Minimum Requirements

    Prefer one year of CNA experience within the last three years

     

    Completion of a state-approved CNA program

     

    Active CNA certification in good standing

     

    Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions

     

    Current CPR certification (if applicable)

     

    TB Questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
