    Qualifications:

    + Working knowledge of Next Generation Learning Standards and NY state assessments

    + The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool

    + Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

    + Broad experience with a variety of counseling/de escalation techniques

    + Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners

    + Evidence of strong management skills with age appropriate experiences

    + Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff

    + Loyalty and evidence of being a team player

    Salary/Stipend:$51,184 - $57,156 (dependent on graduate credits)
