About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic **Talent Brand Program Manager** to help shape how people see NetApp as an employer. If you love storytelling, collaborating with different teams, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a key part in attracting new talent and keeping our current team engaged. This role will report to the Director, Global Talent Brand and be part of the Belonging team at NetApp. This is a hybrid role open to individuals in Raleigh (RTP), NC or DC.
What You’ll Do
+ Build and run NetApp’s global talent brand strategy, making sure aligns with our culture of belonging, values and goals.
+ Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and other external teams to create engaging brand campaigns.
+ Come up with and launch new programs to improve the candidate and employee experience, using market research and data.
+ Oversee our LifeAtNetApp social media accounts and make sure our messaging is consistent everywhere—LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and more.
+ Lead projects around our employer value proposition, belonging, and employee stories.
+ Support internal communications tied to employer branding and employee engagement.
+ Enhance and evolve internal SharePoint sites, external career sites and landing pages for optimal engagement.
+ Support conference logistics, communications, and social media for seamless online and in-person experiences for Belonging team.
+ Track how our employer brand is doing, share insights, and suggest ways to improve our success.
+ Stay on top of trends in employer branding and share your expertise.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
+ Proven success in building and rolling out employer brand strategies.
+ Strong project management skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
+ An AI-first mindset, always looking for smart tools to boost our content, campaigns, and candidate experience.
+ An exceptionally keen eye for all the details.
+ Great communication skills and a knack for storytelling.
+ Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ You know your way around digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media.
+ You’re good at building relationships and working with people at all levels.
Bonus Points
+ Experience in tech or SaaS.
+ Previous experience implementing employer branding tools to empower employees to be brand ambassadors.
+ Advanced degree or certification in employer branding, digital marketing, or HR.
+ Familiarity with global employer brand strategies and multicultural communications.
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in employment brand management, talent acquisition marketing, or similar roles.At least 5 years of experience in employment brand management, talent acquisition marketing, or similar roles.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 132,600 - 196,900 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
